Catholic Charities approached us to help them with increasing donations and improve their site design for "Giving Tuesday" - an event that non-profits partake in globally, promoting the act of giving after the mass consumption holidays of Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Catholic Charities had a large inventory of imagery, stories, and social content that wasn't being seen on the old site. We developed a card-based system that helped them easily and beautifully display this content - along with a strategy to elevate information they hadn't considered using like PDF periodicals.
We wanted to give Catholic Charities the tools to respond quickly to global events, such as natural disasters. Headers can be quickly triggered to accommodate this need - changing color and messaging to match their Disaster Relief units.
Additionally, they can switch on an alert system site wide to request help when there is pressing information to communicate, such as hurricane relief.
